RSC understands the increasing expectations from customers for superior quality. Together with our desire to stay abreast of the latest innovations made it easy to adopt the ISO methods to minimize non-conformance’s. We believe this program helps employees and managers to collectively recognize that ‘Quality and Productivity’ are not conflicting goals.
It is true the ISO system does contribute to our daily production with better tracking and monitoring of consistent product flow. However, we strongly believe just by checking a “Pass / Fail” box will not improve the quality within a business if the principles of Honesty and Integrity was not evident to begin with and we intend to keep those ‘Quality-Values’ firmly intact.
